		<description>If a timing belt stretches out, that;s just how it acts. Take the cover off and see if the timing marks ar still exactly lined up. If they are off, don&#039;t line them up; change the belt.</description>

You need to find out what why the service light is on.   It could be a cam or crank sensor.  If those are bad the computer doesn&#039;t know when to fire the spark plug.  

 
Was the timing belt replace recently?   It could be a coincident, but maybe the belt broke on the test drive.</description>
